2019 Woman of the Year
Recently, the Womens Division Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Chesapeake named Linda J. Byrd their Women of the Year for 2019. The Chesapeake Conference Center was the venue for a dinner honoring Linda for her years of service to the local community.
